Please find the links to all the paperwork you will need to complete the enrolment process for your child’s first day at Discovery. Please fill out the enrolment package completely (including addresses, postal codes and phone numbers for all people listed). We need this package returned to the office no later than two days before your child’s start date. We need time to set up a file for your child before they start.
