Child Care Waiting List
Please fill out the following form in full. It will be emailed to Discovery Child Care Centre and your child's name will be added to our waiting list. After submitting your form, you must print out the confirmation copy that has been sent your email inbox and mail it with your $25/family payment to the Centre within 7 days of submitting your request. Please note, you must fill out a form for each child you are requesting to be placed on the waiting list, however only one $25.00 fee is required for each family.
Payment of $25 is required at the time of having your child placed on our waiting list. This payment will not guarantee space becoming available for your child. This payment is non-refundable and may be paid by cheque made payable to Discovery Child Care Centre.
Once a space becomes available, it is allocated according to the following priorities: a child of a staff member will be considered first, a sibling of a child already enrolled in the centre will have next priority; the first name on the waiting list will have next priority.
